Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for Tasuky subscriptions.
1. 30-Day First-Charge Guarantee
If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first successful charge.
2. Renewals Are Non-Refundable
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You will continue to have access through the end of the billing period.
3. Annual Plans
For annual plans, refunds after 30 days are not guaranteed and may be prorated at our discretion.
4. Payment Processor Fees
Payment processing fees are not refunded when a refund is issued.
5. Polar Refunds
Polar, our Merchant of Record, may issue refunds within 60 days to reduce chargebacks or resolve disputes, even if a refund would not otherwise be granted under this policy.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact support@tasuky.io before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@tasuky.io with your account email, plan, and the reason for your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
