These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tasuky (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Tasuky is a software platform for fitness professionals and studios. We provide tools for programming, client management, communications, and analytics. We do not provide medical advice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. No Medical Advice
Tasuky is a software tool. We do not provide medical, health, or nutritional advice. Trainers and studios are solely responsible for the fitness guidance they provide to clients and for determining what is appropriate for each individual.
If a client has a medical condition, they should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any training program.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Pricing and features may change with notice.
Applicable taxes may be collected based on your location.
5. Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your payment statement may reference Polar.
Polar may collect and remit sales tax or VAT where required by law.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy provides a 30-day first-charge guarantee for first-time subscribers. Renewals are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy page for details.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access through the end of the current billing period.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access non-public systems, interfering with the Service, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content. You retain ownership of your data and content.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party products, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasuky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tasuky harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your coaching services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Jose, Costa Rica.
